TALON Program
On November 19 the Talon Program went on a hiking trip to Pyramid Mountain in Boonton. During their hiking trip they spotted a woodpecker, examined scat, climbed under and over a 180 ton glacial erratic, learned about the symbiotic relationship of a fungus and green alga, tasted rose hips, examined a wasp nest, saw a beaver lodge, skipped stones, smiled alot, and ate dunkin donuts... On December 26th, the TALON program went to the Watchung Reservation for a fun and exhilarating hiking trip.
